This game includes the game disc and outer case. Everything pictured is included. Most older PC games will work with newer operating systems. (Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista, etc..) You may need a patch to play some. Even DOS games can be played on newer systems. Shipping will be $4 for the first game and $1 each additional game anywhere in the USA.
